8 Chairperson, deputy chairperson and secretary—appointment
A land trust must appoint—
(a)
a member as the chairperson of the land trust; and
(b)
if there is more than one member—a member as the deputy chairperson of the land trust; and
(c)
if there are more than 2 members—a member as the secretary of the land trust.
