12 Private property towing consents
(1)
A private property towing consent is a document that—
(a)
is in the approved form; and
(b)
states that there is an arrangement, between the holder of an operator accreditation and the occupier of private property in a regulated area, under which the holder may, until the arrangement ends, carry out private property towing in relation to the property.
(2)
A private property towing consent stops having effect if the arrangement mentioned in the consent ends.
