133 Notices of decision
If the chief executive makes the exemption decision, the chief executive must give the applicant notice of the decision.
The notice—
must state the period the exemption decision has effect; and
may state that the holder of the operator accreditation must comply with an alternative requirement stated in the notice while the decision is in effect (an alternative requirement).
If the notice under subsection (1) states an alternative requirement, the notice must be an information notice for the decision.
If the chief executive decides to refuse the exemption application, the chief executive must give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
