135 Compliance with alternative requirements
(1)
This section applies if notice of an exemption decision given under section 133 for an operator accreditation states an alternative requirement.
(2)
The holder of the operator accreditation must comply with the alternative requirement while the exemption decision is in effect.Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
