130 Making exemption decisions
(1)
The chief executive may, on application by a person who has applied for or is the holder of an operator accreditation, decide that section 56(1)(b) does not apply in relation to the accreditation.
(2)
A decision mentioned in subsection (1) is an exemption decision.
