178 Existing requests for criminal history reports
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
before the commencement, the chief executive asked the police commissioner for a written report under the repealed Act, section 36; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement, the police commissioner had not given the report to the chief executive.
(2)
The request is taken to have been made under section 138.
