180 References to repealed Act
(1)
In an instrument—
(a)
a reference to the repealed Act is, if the context permits, taken to be a reference to this Act; and
(b)
a reference to a provision of the repealed Act is, if the context permits, taken to be a reference to the equivalent provision of this Act.
(2)
In this section—
equivalent provision, for a provision of the repealed Act, means the provision of this Act dealing with the same subject matter as the provision of the repealed Act.
