179 Existing information-sharing arrangements
(1)
This section applies to an information-sharing arrangement entered into under the repealed Act, section 36B that is in effect immediately before the commencement.
(2)
From the commencement, the information-sharing arrangement is taken to be an information-sharing arrangement under section 145.
