20 Conditions of accreditations

(1)

An accreditation is subject to the conditions, imposed by the chief executive, stated in the accreditation document for the accreditation.

(2)

The chief executive may impose a condition on an accreditation only if—

(a)

the chief executive considers the condition is necessary or desirable for achieving the main purposes of this Act stated in section 3(1)(b) or (c); or

(b)

the condition relates to an administrative matter.
