17 Making applications
(1)
A person may apply to the chief executive for an accreditation.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
be made in the way prescribed by regulation; and
(b)
be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation; and
(c)
include or be accompanied by the information prescribed by regulation.
