Townsville Breakwater Entertainment Centre Act 1991

In performance of agreements made between all of the Joint Venturers, the Council of the City of Thuringowa may contribute to the purposes of the joint venture an amount of $2 million and any other amounts referred to in the agreements made by the Joint Venturers in terms set out in Schedule 1.

A person is not entitled to have recourse, in satisfaction of any liability of the Council in relation to the design, development, construction, commissioning, operation or ownership of the Townsville Breakwater Entertainment Centre, to any assets of the Council other than its interest in the Townsville Breakwater Entertainment Centre.
