Townsville Breakwater Entertainment Centre Act 1991

In this Act—area...authorised auditor means an authorised auditor within the meaning of the Auditor-General Act 2009.joint venture means the association of the joint venturers in the design, development, construction, commissioning, operation and ownership of the Townsville Breakwater Entertainment Centre.Joint Venturers means the Local Governments and the Trustee, and includes any successor in title to any of them in relation to the site.Local Governments means the Council of the City of Thuringowa and the Council of the City of Townsville.Manager means Breakwater Island Limited, a company registered under the Corporations Act.site means the site of the Townsville Breakwater Entertainment Centre as prescribed by section 15.Townsville Breakwater Entertainment Centre means the convention, exhibition, sports and entertainment centre to be constructed on the site and includes the centre as upgraded from time to time.Trustee means ANZ Executors & Trustee Company Limited as trustee of the Breakwater Island Trust, and includes any successors in title to it as trustee of the Breakwater Island Trust.
