9 Contribution by State
(1)
The Treasurer may contribute to the purposes of the joint venture, out of amounts appropriated by Parliament, an amount of not more than $7 million.
(2)
The Treasurer may contribute to the purposes of the joint venture, out of amounts appropriated by Parliament, a further amount of not more than $11.5 million for the upgrading of the Townsville Breakwater Entertainment Centre.
