Transport Infrastructure Act 1994

If a local government has entered into a local government tollway franchise agreement, each annual report of the local government under the Local Government Act 2009 or the City of Brisbane Act 2010 must include a report on the operation of this part during the financial year to which the report relates.

Without limiting subsection (1), the report must include—

if the local government has an approved tollway project—a statement of how it is complying with conditions to which the approval is subject; and

if the local government has a local government tollway—a statement of how it is complying with any conditions imposed on the declaration.
