Transport Infrastructure Act 1994

The mayor of a local government that enters into a local government tollway franchise agreement or an amendment of a local government tollway franchise agreement must, as soon as practicable after the agreement or amendment is entered into, table the agreement or amendment at a meeting of the local government.

The local government must—

keep the local government tollway franchise agreement or the amendment of a local government tollway franchise agreement open for inspection, free of charge, by members of the public at its public office; and

make copies available for purchase at a price not more than the cost to the local government of producing the copy and, if a copy is supplied to a purchaser by post, the cost of the postage.
