475G Return of identity card
A person who ceases to be an authorised person must return the person’s identity card to the chief executive or Gold Coast Waterways Authority within 21 days after ceasing to be an authorised person, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
