In force

In this division—

occupier, of a place that is a watercraft, means the owner or operator of the watercraft.

place includes the following—

(a)

land;

(b)

a building or other structure, or part of a building or other structure, of any type;

(c)

a group of buildings or other structures, or part of a group of buildings or other structures, of any type;

(d)

a watercraft.
