163 Referring matters to the competent authorities panel
The chief executive must refer an exemption, or an application for an exemption, to the competent authorities panel if the chief executive considers that the exemption should have effect in all participating jurisdictions or this jurisdiction and 1 or more other participating jurisdictions.
The chief executive must refer to the competent authorities panel an exemption having effect in this jurisdiction, and 1 or more other participating jurisdictions, if—
the chief executive considers that the exemption should be amended, suspended or cancelled; or
a dangerous goods authority recommends to the chief executive in writing that the exemption should be amended, suspended or cancelled.
