225 Registers of licences
(1)
The chief executive must keep a register of dangerous goods driver licences.
(2)
The chief executive must keep a register of dangerous goods vehicle licences.
(3)
A register under subsection (1) or (2) may have separate divisions for different kinds of licences to which it applies.
(4)
The chief executive must record each licence granted under this regulation in the relevant register.
(5)
The chief executive must note in the relevant register the amendment, suspension, cancellation or surrender of a licence.
