42 Duty of loaders
A person must not load the dangerous goods on to a vehicle for transport if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that—
(a)
the special provision applies to the transport of the goods; and
(b)
the transport of the goods does not, or will not, comply with the special provision.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
