43 Duty of prime contractors
A prime contractor must not transport the dangerous goods if the prime contractor knows, or ought reasonably to know, that—
(a)
the special provision applies to the transport of the goods; and
(b)
the transport of the goods does not comply with the special provision.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
