Part 3Transport of dangerous goods to which special provisions apply
44 Duty of drivers
A person must not drive a vehicle transporting the dangerous goods if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that—
(a)
the special provision applies to the transport of the goods; and
(b)
the transport of the goods does not comply with the special provision.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
