44 Definitions for part

In this part—former, for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force immediately before the commencement.former trustee means a person who, immediately before the commencement—

(a)

was a public accountant and trustee; or

(b)

was a former public accountant under former section 4C.

new, for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from the commencement.
