51 Existing appeals

(1)

This section applies in relation to an appeal to a court under this Act started, but not decided, before the commencement.

(2)

The court may continue to hear, and decide, the appeal under former section 35 as if the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023, part 32 had not commenced.
