48 Existing requirement to give notices to supervising entity
(1)
This section applies if a former trustee—
(a)
was subject to a requirement under section 5(1), (2), (4), (5) or (6) (each a former notification provision) to lodge with or give to the supervising entity notice of a matter; and
(b)
did not comply with the requirement before the commencement.
(2)
The former notification provision continues to apply to the former trustee in relation to the requirement.
