In this division—
appointed member...
commencing day means the day the provision in which the term is used commences.
continuing corporation, for a former corporation, means—
for the university established under the repealed Act—the university; or
for the student association—the student guild.
ex-officio member...
former corporation means—
the university established under the repealed Act; or
the student association.
previous council means the council of the university established under the repealed Act.
repealed Act means the University of Southern Queensland Act 1989.
student association means the University of Southern Queensland Student Association established under the repealed Act.
