17 Conditions of appointment
(1)
The commissioner is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
(2)
The commissioner holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided for by this Act, decided by the Governor in Council.
(3)
The commissioner is appointed under this Act and not under the Public Sector Act 2022.
