19 Vacancy in office
The office of the commissioner becomes vacant if the commissioner—
(a)
completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or
(b)
is disqualified from continuing in office under section 15; or
(c)
resigns by notice under section 20; or
(d)
is removed from office under section 21.
