56 Arrangements for referral of complaints
(1)
The commissioner and a prescribed person may enter into an arrangement about—
(a)
the types of complaints the commissioner will refer to the person because the complaints would be more appropriately dealt with by the person; and
(b)
the types of matters the prescribed person will refer to the commissioner because the matter relates to an alleged contravention of the victims charter.
(2)
If an arrangement provides for a referral under subsection (1), the arrangement must also provide for how the referral must be made.
