214 Amendment of grant without application
(1)
New chapter 3, part 15, division 2 applies in relation to any grant of assistance, whether the grant was made before or after the commencement.
(2)
Subsection (3) applies, for new chapter 3, part 15, division 2, if the grant of assistance was made before the commencement.
(3)
Whether a relevant payment would have resulted in a reduction of assistance granted to the person under section 86 must be decided as if new section 86 had been in effect when the grant was made.
