215 Recovering assistance from offender
(1)
New chapter 3, part 16, other than new section 114, applies in relation to any grant of assistance, whether the grant was made before or after the commencement.
(2)
However, subsection (1) does not apply if notice of the intended recovery was given under previous section 115 before the commencement.
(3)
New section 114 applies to any request for information whether before or after the commencement.
