62 Role of contact person in case of practitioner administration decision

(1)

This section applies if the person has made a practitioner administration decision.

(2)

The contact person for the person must inform the coordinating practitioner for the person if the person dies as a result of a cause other than the administration of the voluntary assisted dying substance, within 2 business days of becoming aware of the death.

(3)

The board may contact the contact person to request information.
