64 Contact person may refuse to continue in role
(1)
The contact person for the person may refuse to continue to perform the role of contact person.
(2)
If the contact person refuses to continue to perform the role—
(a)
the contact person must inform the person of the refusal; and
(b)
the contact person ceases to be the contact person for the person on informing the person under paragraph (a); and
(c)
the person must make another appointment under section 58.
