7 Impurities affecting public health
The public potable water supplier must not add the fluoride compound to the public potable water supply if a batch analysis certificate for a sample of the fluoride compound indicates—
(a)
an impurity of a type mentioned in column 1 of the table in schedule 2 exists in the fluoride compound; and
(b)
the concentration of the impurity exceeds the stated concentration for the fluoride compound mentioned in column 2, 3 or 4 of the table in schedule 2 opposite the type of impurity.
