84 Arrangements for interstate trading
In deciding the arrangements for interstate trading between the State and New South Wales mentioned in section 82(3)(a), the chief executive must ensure the arrangements are consistent with—
(a)
the water plan outcomes stated in part 3; and
(b)
the measures for achieving the water plan outcomes stated in part 4; and
(c)
the environmental flow objectives and water allocation security objectives stated in part 5.
