24A Processes for releasing unallocated water—Act, s 43
(1)
For section 43(2)(f) of the Act, the processes for releasing unallocated water reserved under this division are the processes stated in the Water Regulation 2016, part 2, division 2, subdivision 2.
(2)
In preparing and implementing a process for releasing unallocated water under subsection (1), the chief executive must consider the matters stated in the water management protocol.
