Matters for chief executive to consider

(1)

This section applies to the chief executive in deciding the water allocation dealing rules to be included in the water management protocol for the water allocation granted under section 38(1).

(2)

The chief executive must consider existing water use agreements and supply contracts between the bulk water supply authority and water users.

(3)

Subsection (2) does not limit the matters the chief executive may consider.
