50 Annual volumetric limit for water allocation
The annual volumetric limit for a water allocation to take unsupplemented water is—
if the authorisation states an annual volume of water—the stated volume; and
if the authorisation does not state an annual volume of water—the volume decided by the chief executive having regard to—
the conditions under which water may be taken under the authorisation; and
the water taking capacity of any works, being used or authorised to be used, for taking water under the authorisation; and
the annual volumes of water estimated by the chief executive to have been taken under the authorisation during the period, of not more than 10 years, immediately before the commencement of this plan; and
the efficiency of the use of the water mentioned in subparagraph (iii).
Subsection (1)(b) does not limit the matters the chief executive may consider.
