56 Amending water licences
(1)
This section applies to a water licence to take unsupplemented water in force on the commencement of this plan.
(2)
The licence may be amended to state the following—
(a)
the purpose for which water may be taken under the licence;
(b)
the annual volumetric limit for the licence;
(c)
the maximum rate at which water may be taken under the licence;
(d)
the flow conditions for the licence;
(e)
any other conditions decided by the chief executive.
