63 Limitation on taking groundwater—Act, s 101
A person may not take groundwater in the Cressbrook Creek alluvial groundwater management area (the management area) other than—
(a)
for stock or domestic purposes; or
(b)
under a water entitlement or water permit; or
(c)
to allow monitoring or salinity control.
