109 Taking water under relevant authorisation
The holder of a relevant authorisation must ensure that water taken under the authorisation is taken—
(a)
through works to which a measurement device is attached under section 108; or
(b)
if the measurement device becomes faulty—in accordance with the alternative requirements stated in subdivision 3 for the authorisation.
