121 Requirement to give copies of records
(1)
The chief executive may, by notice, require the holder of a relevant authorisation to give the chief executive a copy of a record kept under section 120 within 20 business days after the notice is given.
(2)
The holder of a relevant authorisation to whom a notice is given under subsection (1) must comply with the notice, unless the holder has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
