Fees for continuing interim water allocations

This section applies to an interim water allocation (a continuing interim water allocation) in relation to which chapter 2, part 5 of the unamended Act continues to apply under section 1271 of the Act.

(2)

The fees payable for the purposes of the continued application of chapter 2, part 5 of the unamended Act are stated in schedule 13.
