Royalty for State quarry material—Act, s 240

In force

(1)

For section 240(1) of the Act, the rate at which royalty is payable under the Act is stated in schedule 15.

(2)

However, no royalty is payable for State quarry material removed under an allocation notice if the chief executive of a department issues a certificate stating that the material was supplied to the department for the department’s use.
