147 Non-compliance with revalidation of meter before commencement
(1)
This section applies in relation to a meter attached to works through which the holder of a metered entitlement takes water if, before the commencement—
(a)
the meter stopped being an approved meter under section 111(2); and
(b)
the holder had not complied with section 112.
(2)
Schedule 11, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply to the metered entitlement until section 112(3) is complied with in relation to the meter.
