This section applies if the applicant—

is given an information notice for the decision; and

is eligible and intends to proceed with the relocation.

The applicant must give the chief executive notice in the approved form (a transfer notice) within 30 business days after—

if the applicant appeals against the decision—the day the appeal is finally decided; or

otherwise—the day the applicant receives the information notice.

For subsection (1)(b), the applicant is eligible to proceed with the relocation if—

the chief executive has approved the application with or without conditions; or

the applicant appeals against the decision and the decision is confirmed, amended or substituted so that the application is approved with or without conditions.
