Charges that a person contravened section 50B(1) on specified occasions over a specified period may be joined in the same complaint or indictment.
Charges that a person contravened section 69(1A) on specified occasions over a specified period may be joined in the same complaint or indictment.
Charges that a licensed dealer or licensed armourer contravened section 71(2) on specified occasions over a specified period may be joined in the same complaint.
