172 Regulation-making power
(1)
The Governor in Council may make regulations for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Governor in Council may make regulations with respect to the matters mentioned in schedule 1.
(3)
A regulation may provide for an offence punishable by a maximum penalty of 20 penalty units.
