170 Delegations
(1)
The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified authorised officer.
(2)
In this section—an appropriately qualified authorised officer, to whom a power under this section may be delegated, means an authorised officer who has the necessary expertise or experience to exercise the power.
