34 Contravention of licence condition
(1)
A licensee must not contravene a condition of the licence.Maximum penalty—60 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
(2)
The penalty under subsection (1) may be imposed in addition to revocation of a licence or seizure of a weapon because of the contravention.
